HONORING PRECEDES GOD’S PROTECTION AND GOD’S BLESSING

The first of the 10 Commandments that has a direct PROMISE FROM GOD:
EXODUS 20:12 Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.”

DEUTERONOMY 5:16 “Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.”

TO SELAH:
**AND COULD THIS ALSO IMPLY MINISTRY “HONORING” OF ALL PRIOR SPIRITUAL FATHERS AND MOTHERS HOLY SPIRIT MOVES?

**REMINDER: Read all of MATTHEW, MARK, LUKE and JOHN to see how CHRIST the MESSIAH “honored” and “respected” His own Mother MARY, but also showed respect for ALL KINDS OF WOMEN.(and all kinds of MEN);

AND apostolic CHRIST was NOT “under” the Old Testament Levitical Law. Rather He fulfilled the letter of the LAW… and by doing that, His subsequent death, and VICTORY over leader ACCUSATION/Forever DEATH, He wrought complete, non religious FREEDOM!
